Calgary Mayor claims City Hall is “too White and male”; and wants policies that deliberately employ women and non-White people, even if they are less qualified.
The Mayor of Calgary, Naheed Nenshi, speaking at a Calgary Economic Development lecture on “diversity”, said that the city employees, city managers, and directors are all too White.
“We are lousy at promoting a diverse workforce” he said, “we’ve got to do a better job, and we have to look internally at our own organization to determine what are the barriers that are in place toward getting people promoted into these jobs”
Speaking to Calgary Herald, Nenshi said “managers may be simply hiring the best people“, and he says that he’s asked officials to consider whether there are “systemic problems or inadvertent biases in our promotion policies.”
When an Indian man is talking about “diversity” what he means is it’s “too White”. “Diversity” is nothing but a codeword for “less White people”.
If you were to go to India, ALL the city officials, mayors, police officers, politicians, etc, are Indian.
Does anyone care about the “lack of non-Indians” or “diversity”? Nope, no one.
If we changed the word “Indian” to the word “White”, then “anti-racist” (anti-White) campaigners would go to India and scream and cry that it was “too White” and needs to “embrace the wonders of diversity” (White genocide).
Every genocide in history is based on the idea that there is this “race problem” or “ethnicity problem”, that can only be solved by making sure there are less people of this “race / ethnicity problem”.
White genocide is of course executed in the same manner: they say there is this “diversity problem” – but ONLY in White countries; they say there is this “privilege problem” – but ONLY in White countries, and they say there is this “racism problem” – but ONLY in White countries.
Every single one of these “problems” leads to a world with a disappearing White minority. Remember: “diversity” is simply a codeword for “less White”.
