Boston school officials: public school teachers “too White”.

Officials at Boston public schools are promoting and maintaining an environment which aggressively tries to stop White people from teaching. In Boston public schools Whites are the first to be fired, and last to be hired.

The Boston Globe reports that one plan of action is to institute a marketing campaign which targets non-Whites and deliberately excludes White people. The adverts are going to be placed on mass transit, and also in nation-wide education publications. null

The percentage of Black teachers in Boston schools is decreasing slightly, and another policy is to give out “letters of reasonable assurance” to non-White teachers, in hopes that they will stay in the school system.

While he was in office, deceased Federal District Judge, Wendell Garrity, imposed a quota on Boston public schools forcing them to seek out and hire non-White teachers. Garrity’s edict, which is still in effect today, says that all public school’s staff must be at least 25% Black, minimum, and 10% other non-White groups, minimum.

Garrity’s decades-old edict, and the current “affirmative-action” employment is aiming to kick out White teachers and replace them with non-White teachers. School officials and other high-ranking officials want these policies so that non-White teachers represent the percentage of non-White children in Boston schools.

Boston public schools superintendent, John McDonough said that affirmative action is “simply the right thing to do“.

It’s essential for the district to have a diverse staff” said Johnny McInnis, president of the Black Educators Alliance of Massachusetts, and he expects recruitment efforts to make a difference.

There are around 4,500 teachers in Boston’s public schools, and the majority are white. However, 87% of the students that the teachers teach are not White.

All this “diversity” was never about representing everyone. Isn’t it strange how all this “diversity” only applies to countries with a lot of White people in them?

Isn’t it strange how out of all the countries on the planet, the ones chosen to be mixed-race just happen to be full of White people?

This is what the United Nations Genocide Conventions meant when it defined genocide as the targeting of a group in order to harm or utterly destroy the group.

Really? I see only one white child, and that child is of an Irish/Scottish heritage. The rest, God only knows their lineage. I would call the whole picture multiracial and multicultural. This politically correct culture demands it….

With 87% non white students maybe the white teachers & white students should move to a location where there are more whites. I think that area has been taken over by the invaders. I think the white teachers need to ask themselves. Do I want to teach 100% white kids for our white future? or, 87% of the invaders kids to replace our white future with invader kids cultures. In other words, its time to separate to make things better for our white race and stop its impending extinction.

Simply lower the standards for black teachers and only allow them to teach black students. We have to have Affirmative actions because blacks simply cannot compete with the IQs of other races.

Love the Wendell Garrity bit. He hated the name Wendell and always used W. Arthur Garrity. I’ve always called him ‘Wendy.’ Lived in Boston through that. The man was very evil and exceptionally vicious. Of course, his family lived outside the city and were unaffected.

There are a number of facts we are aware of with great certainty. First of all, the vast majority of students in the Boston Public Schools hail from minority community sectors in the city. The vast majority of teachers in such schools hail from majority community sectors. Majority teachers, because of the moral and social indoctrination they’ve received throughout their lifetimes, are without question both racist and nonracist, and it’s quite plausible that in a racist society the majority teaching population in BPS is strewn with racists of one kind or another and to one degree or another. How many black people would knowingly place their child’s future in the hands of their natural enemy? How many white people would knowingly place their child’s future in the hands of their natural enemy? Low test scores among bright black students is likely related to the degree of racism accompanying the majority teacher, especially in the early grades, perhaps, K-3. Given that information, bad schools are created by those possessing the power to do it. As such, powerless black and Latino parents and their children cannot produce bad schools, nor would they possess the desire to do so, for it simply is not in their best interests. They however have become the scapegoats and are thus being blamed by many majority teachers for an assortment of school maladies. Majority teachers as a collective power group possess much more power to determine the quality of education minority children receive than do both minority children and their parents, so why don’t they move as a collective power group to insure that all minorities enter classrooms where high quality education is being dispensed?

The ruling class that put these policies in place don’t give a damn about any kid’s education, especially the education of White children. The bottom line is that its all geared toward WHITE GENOCIDE.

i’m a white teacher in a predominantly black high school. i love my kids to death and play chess with them and care for them and love them as my own. 9/10 of them are BLACK. THEY write on my blackboard “we love you mr. xxxx” we do not see color , only the person. i love children period, i don’t care if they are green or blue. they give me love and respect and i give it right back. it was earned ! i have been excessed after 7 years at that school, most probably because of the color of my skin, not because of anything else. i know a teacher of color, the SAME color as the children, who simply does not offer the caring , and only appears to make the kids’ lives less enriched through indifference and aloofness. most of the kids can’t stand this man. but he will remain because of the pigment in his skin. why can’t people believe WHITE people can love ALL people. i’m sickened by the way our government perpetuates racial tension in one way or another. makes me sad to be an American. all people are created equal- not in my school. pathetic- thanks for reading my rant- God Bless
